This is a stunning apartment, which is very well equipped with everything you need. The views are amazing. A steady walk downhill into St Ives but it is easy to use the local bus from outside the co op for the return journey, just ring the bell to get off at Talland Road. The allocated parking space is a real bonus. Lovely restaurants and pubs to visit nearby.

The Penthouse - Salt Apartments - awesome sea views! Although not our first holiday in St Ives, this was our first holiday in The Penthouse. The balcony views are amazing. The apartment is clean, extremely comfortable and the owners have been so thoughtful in providing so many extras such as books, games and dvd's. There is a real 'homely feel' about the way the apartment has been furnished. Masses of cushions and throws which are expecially useful when on the balcony on a chilly night! Really recommend this beautiful apartment.

Lovely bright and roomy apartment with spectacular view. Very nice, well appointed kitchen. The master bedroom is spectacular with wonderful view.

Lovely apartment, lots of space and really good views. Parking good and secure, need to be comfortable with your reversing as you need to park tight to a wall.

We had a wonderful stay at the Salt. Would definitely recommend and book again. St Ives is beautiful and it’s a bonus to have free allocated parking with the apartment. We walked everywhere, the only place over rated was Carbis Bay, over priced and not worth bothering with. We went for a coffee which cost £5 each and it was smaller than Costas small cup. The beaches in St Ives are beautiful and more sheltered from the wind.

A beautiful property with magical views in a perfect location.

11 Salt apartments is close to town with lovely views out to sea. The furnishings are very good and modern, with a kitchen that has everything necessary for long stay in St Ives.

Views were amazing, the property is furnished to a very high standard and has good wifi signal. It is spacious and well positioned for either the beach or a walk into town. We had an amazing week there and have booked again for next year, we loved it!

Great views and very comfortable

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. A private parking space in a gated area below the apartment is like gold dust in St Ives and a very welcome bonus! Lovely views and not far to walk into town (although the uphill return takes a bit of energy!). We have already booked the same apartment for next year’s holiday in St Ives and looking forward to our return. We found the Aspects staff to be very helpful with any questions we had.
