It is set over three floors and has two comfortable bedrooms, suited to a couple or family. We had a lovely stay at this tastefully furnished and decorated cottage that has kept its authentic feel. Powerful shower, comfortable beds and luxuriously thick towels provided. Spotlessly clean and equipped with all you need, It is a perfect base that is both close to everything and yet away from the hustle and bustle. There is a good wi-fi connection. Be sure to note the ‘slope’ in the description as you access via an incline. We travelled by train and walked to the cottage from the station which was straightforward and manageable. We would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Brilliant cottage. Beautifully and sympathetically renovated. Lots of personal touches and in a fab spot. Beds really comfy. Amazing shower after a day at the beach. Super clean and well equipped. Would stay again and highly recommend. A true taste of St Ives.

Property clean and 5 star, super location, however no wardrobes, no toilet roll on arrival after 6 hours travelling and washing up liquid dry! Smell of damp at back of property downstairs, 250-30 minutes to car park and very hilly! The car park issue would not make me book again but we had a great break ??

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your stay at 4 Mount Pleasant, we are very pleased to hear you had a great stay! Enough toilet roll and washing up liquid should be left to get you started for your break, so we are incredibly sorry that this doesn't appear to have happened for you. As soon as you let us know, we were in touch as soon as possible to try to rectify this. We haven't had a damp smell reported at the property before, so it is a shame to hear you experienced this. We'll keep an eye on this moving forward to ensure this isn't something that needs looking in to, but thank you for making us aware. The car parking space for the property is located at the rugby club, which is a little distance away from 4 Mount Pleasant (we average the journey as around 15 minutes), but in a town were parking spaces are incredibly limited we hope that this space helps give guests the peace of mind that a parking space is available for you at the end of a long day exploring the area! There are also regular buses that run from the rugby club area into town which may be useful for some guests. Katy, Customer Services.
Wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at mount pleasant. It was laid with beautiful decor and had such a cosy feel throughout! We have 2 children age 3 & 4 and it was perfect for them too.

No 4 Mount Pleasant is a charming house and very tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable there. I would say it's more for adults than children. It's within easy reach of all amenities, and enjoyed our week there very much.
