We really enjoyed are stay at this property. It is well situated with the added benefit of a parking space. Would highly recommend to future guests.

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Great location, being a short 5min walk into town. Allocated parking 5min away was handy, and we were able to unload close to the property.

Fabulous week staying at Bonython in St Ives, home from home, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely view, close to town but beware the 72 killer steps on the way back, great for burning off the complimentary cream tea! Car parking space 5 mins walk away, we had 2 cars, parked in public car park almost next door for around £27 for the week, very handy.

Location perfect and short walk to town. The steps didn’t bother us as we used the road to walk on. View was lovely from the property. Was a bit dubious about booking with 6 month old twins however property very clean and very well equipped. Also bigger than first realised. Nice little welcome pack touch Also there was a drop off outside the property before we parked our car in the parking space which worked well with unloading/loading.

Other than that we had a lovely stay (we come to St Ives every year with family).

Would be perfect with older children and smaller dog.

Location & view from property amazing.

Be prepared for a climb from the town back to the property, lots of steps!!

Or take a taxi for £5 ??

We had a really brilliant week in St Ives despite the weather! Bonython was the perfect base, great short walk to the hustle and bustle of the town but also a quiet retreat. Easy walkable distance to everything - barely used the car but we were grateful of the parking space for the week. Thanks so much, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The cream tea was divine too!

The property was comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described, and we had the warmest of welcomes. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great apartment in a fabulous location, very clean and well equipped, it is also quite roomy for accommodation in St Ives. The view is to die for and the parking space is a very welcome addition. Certainly an accommodation I would want to return to.

This was the second time we stayed at Bonython and we loved it. Great location, clean property equipped with everything we needed. Good WiFi and our children loved the smart TVs!

A superbly located apartment with a great view of St Ives. The parking space is a gear bonus! Stayed here with a four year old and a small dog. The apartment is well set up and tidy. It’s a short walk to town, there are different ways to go but all have steps and steep inclines but if you are thinking is staying in St Ives you probably know this. We really liked the apartment and should we come back to St Ives, which I suspect we will, I don’t think we could do much better than this apartment.

A lovely home in beautiful St Ives. Aspect Holidays were very helpful and the booking process was very easy. The apartment was very well equipped and in a very good position for walking into St Ives. Would certainly recommend the property and Aspect Holidays to friends.

We found Bonython to be a very nice comfortable dog friendly apartment in a good central location. Nearby parking is a bonus and we easily managed to drop off and pick up luggage outside the property. Choose you’re route back up to the hill carefully as some ways are much easier than others!

Bonython was the perfect base for our holiday. We absolutely loved the apartment and felt so comfortable and at home there. The views from the property are stunning. St Ives is a picturesque town. Both Bonython and St Ives had everything we could have wished for. We plan to book again!!

Bonython is a beautifully designed property within a quiet location with outstanding views of the harbour. The property is thoughtfully designed and well equipped, and the town harbour, restaurants and beaches are all easily reached from this property. The steps may be an issue for some, but please read the information provided by Aspects to access the property via a road route. This property is a real gem!

Lovely beds slept so well. Great shower. Lovely kitchen with super fridge freezer. Great views, Lovely to sit outside with a drink of an evening. Was more than happy to eat in of an evening because of the views from the dinner table. Great location to all of st ives. Spoilt for choice on picking a beach to walk the dog in the morning.

Lovely accommodation, very well equipped with fantastic views and everything you need to live comfortably during your holiday. Super friendly helpful hosts who had also surprised us with a cream tea on arrival! Property pet friendly our pooch even had some welcome dog treats (lovely touch) and you wouldn’t know dogs had stayed before as it was very clean. Parking space a bonus and ideal if you plan to come and go as you don’t have to drive through town. The only negative was the climb back up from town it was hard work with all your beach bags we definitely need to get in the gym in prep for our future visit, despite the daily workouts we had felt the extra cream teas were therefore justified:-) we had a lovely holiday thank you x x

Bonython is a beautiful well equipped holiday home. It is in a good position overlooking St Ives town and harbour. We found a few different routes into town, about 5 minutes walk. Outside the apartment there is a drop off area on arrival but your private parking bay is about 5 minutes walk away, not too bad as alot of properties don't have parking. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The photos of this property do not do it justice. We have been staying in Cornwall for many years and for the last 5 in St Ives. This was the best property we have stayed in.

There is a small incline to get to the property from the town but as we come to Cornwall for walking this didn’t bother us. The property was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay.

The view from the property looking across to the harbour is fabulous and we sat outside with our drinks soaking in the view and enjoying the late evening sun.

A very comfortable, warm and cosy flat with a lovely view. Beds were excellent as was the shower. A very well cared for holiday home. Easy to go down into the town but a steep walk back up and you can not park outside to unload the car which may be hard for some.

Lovely apartment with great views over St Ives. Very comfortable with nice welcoming touches. Apartment was well equipped. We even managed to cook a full Christmas dinner (& eat it with the best view!) Owners very welcoming and friendly. Overall a great experience and we would definitely return.

Everything about the property was fine and we had a fabulous holiday thank you. The owners of the property were so welcoming with a cream tea, a welcome card, Cornish Tea & Coffee. They had considered absolutely everything for our comfort with so many little touches that made us really feel that we were on holiday, like the central heating all set up for our cosy comfort. The views of the sea were a numinous experience that we could never tire of and we would love to come again. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the Co-Op and other shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We love St Ives and we will be back soon.

Bonython is a great apartment with all the home comforts you could need a perfect home away from home. The shops and beaches are close by,within easy walking distance. There is lots of things to do in St Ives; wonder the cobbled streets and taste Tarquin's gin or go paddle boarding. Go on a boat trip to seal island or just sun bathe on the beautiful beaches of Porthmeor and Porthminster. If you visit St Ives at a busy time of year, it would be a good idea to pre-book at restaurants before your arrival, as they can be really busy and fully booked this will avoid disappointment.
