Yet again a very good relaxing holiday at Sea and Sky, sat looking across the marina and watching the world go by is recommended. The property itself is clean and well equipped and ideally located.

If I tell everyone just how gorgeous this place is then you will all want to stay there... My lips are sealed to ensure I can book again!

I would certainly recommend Aspects holidays for their service and reliability. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. Sea and Sky was a lovely appartment, spacious, well equipped and clean. The views over the bay are outstanding and the location of the apartment is convenient for walking anywhere in Penzance. We only used our car when travelling outside the town and even then sometimes used the local bus, e.g. to Mousehole (£2 each way). Having dedicated car parking was nevertheless great for when we did use the car as we did not have to worry about finding a space on return or having to pay car park charges.

Thirtd time staying at Sea & Sky lovely appartment, quite and in a great area of Penzance just off Church Street which has many interesting shops. Free parking.

Lovely views over the harbour and out to sea.

Flat very well maintained with Tea, Milk and Biscuites welcome pack. Couldn't be better!

Great stay in the heart of Penzance - super comfortable!

We booked this apartment because of the views & location which did not disappoint us in any way, we could watch the Scillonion ferry both dock & depart, St Michaels Mount was lit over the weekend which looked very magical, we could watch the Isle of Scilly helicopter land & take off which happened several times a day. Although the apartment was were it was it was a quiet area & close to everything. we would not hesitate to book again

The location was perfect with all local amenities you would require close by and the property was very clean and comfortable we would definitely look to book this apartment again , we have booked through aspect several times and always found them to be first class

Great location and lovely apartment. Everything catered for. Power shower was excellent. Dishwasher a must. Rooms bright and airy, and each a good size. Balcony in lounge, and sliding doors in lounge and one bedroom. Great views over the harbour and St Michael's Mount.

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was wonderful. Incredible views and location but also very clean, comfortable and well equiped. We really appreciated the tea, milk and biscuits on arrival. We were also very impressed with Aspects Holidays customer service. We rang them twice during our stay and they were very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend them and the quality of their properties, and hope to use them again soon myself.

The view from this flat is wonderful. There is always something to watch and see. Regular sea swimmers, boats, waves and St Michael’s Mount. The decor is appropriate, on a seaside theme. Plenty of crockery, glasses etc as well as kitchen equipment. The location is great not only for the. Views, but close to transport, shops and pubs. Also comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean.

sea and Sky has amazing views from its floor to ceiling windows. The harbour, along the beaches of Mounts Bay and St Michael’s Mount can be seen. The flat is well equipped and the decor is harmonious and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. The flat is warm and comfortable. The location is excellent in that it is close to the railway and bus stations and the town centre. However it is also quiet.

Sea and Sky is a gem tucked away near Chapel Street with wonderful views across Mounts Bay. The flat is spacious and well equipped. A short walk takes you to the town centre with lots of cafes and some quirky little shops. The ferry terminal to the isles of Scilly is minutes away. Will be booking again for sure.

Our first time staying in Penzance & this property is ideal for walking to shops, pubs & restaurants. We even visited the local cinema during our stay. We loved watching the changing scenes out on the harbour and experienced a stunning sunrise one morning.

Great to have a parking space too, but be aware it is several minutes walk away from the apartment and the uneven pavements are not ideal for wheeling luggage!

The interior of the apartment is as it looks in the photos, warm, cosy & comfortable. A well equipped kitchen and the bonus of a large fridge freezer too. There was always plenty of hot water & good pressure from the shower. beautiful thick towels too, which was a bonus!

For shopping we used Lidl's on Western Promenade but there is a Co-op within walking distance and Tesco Extra in the main street.

Our first night we ate out at the quirky Admiral Benbow pub, only 1 minute away across the street. I'd also recommend The Artist's Residence, across the road in Chapel Street. I enjoyed my birthday breakfast there. Other restaurant's worth a mention are Alverne, The Boathouse & The Old Lifeboat House Bistro, all within 10 minutes walking of the apartment. Also recommended is to take the local bus No 16, to St Ives, from the bus station, I wouldn't want to drive to St. Ives but the bus takes you into the centre, so no parking problems.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to others and hope to rebook for next year.

Sky and Sea has a location which would be hard to beat. The views are stunning and it is so convenient for the two best pubs in Penzance and Penzance centre. Any return to Penzance would be to Sky and Sea.

We enjoyed our time at Sea and Sky, and the weather was excellent and couldn't have been better. It has not been as good since arriving home in Somerset.

Second time staying here and hopefully won't be the last. Bedrooms are comfortable with a great view of the harbour. Living room very cosy with a smart TV and dvd player to keep you entertained if you don't fancy heading out. Didn't really use much of the kitchen as always ate out or had takeaway. Located near to train and bus station. Short walk to pubs, cinema, shops.

You will enjoy this comfortable property. It is of a high standard and has everything you require. Very impressed. Beautiful views of the harbours and general area. I can understand why this is fully booked for most of the year. Two adjacent pubs of interest. The Admiral Benbow and The Turks Head centuries old.. Smuggler tunnels leading from them. The flat is nicely situated for shopping and restaurants, buses and railway.

Great flat in the centre of Penzance, finished to a high standard with everything you need for a comfy stay in Cornwall. We could not fault the property, it was very clean on arrival, which is of particular importance at the present time. All the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. We were walking the south West Coastal path, so for us we needed a good central base and somewhere nice and relaxing at the end of a days walking, this flat fitted the bill perfectly.

'Sea and Sky' is a very nice flat in the centre of Penzance with a view of the harbour and St Michael's Mount. It is well-furnished, well-appointed and a excellent place to stay, being quiet while also very close to shops, cafes, bars and galleries. A minor issue with heating was promptly sorted out and the service from Aspect was excellent. I have already recommended the flat to friends.

Absolutely loved Sea & Sky. Not a far walk fro the train station. Nearest pub is a 22 second walk from the gate! Love how within a maximum of a 10 minute walk you can get to : local shop, chip shop, chinese, pub, cinema. Stunning views over the harbour - no morning the same. Apartment fully equipped with what you need, definitely a home from home. Will 100% book here again.

Such a fabulous flat to stay. This is definately a comfortable and very thought out flat for your holiday. Having a parking space , great location and a view. We will gladly return.

This is an excellent property in a great location with wonderful views. It is warm and comfortable , furnished with taste and with thought to what a holidaymaker would need during their stay. Couldn't fault it!
